We are currently looking for a person for the position of New Business Manager, who will be responsible for expanding our customer base and cultivating good customer relationships. The candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, proactivity and self-reliance, and his/her experience should be supported by years of experience in the field of IT sales.

Main responsibilities:

  • Expanding the Client network and nurturing good relationships with them
  • Actively seeking new channels to reach customers and opportunities for business development
  • Taking care of business expansion into international markets (DACH, UK)
  • Conducting meetings and negotiations with Clients and Business Partners
  • Recognizing and understanding customer needs
  • Achieving established sales targets
  • Participating in meetings and industry conferences to network and promote the company


  • 2 years of experience in acquiring IT clients, including in foreign markets
  • Knowledge of tools supporting active expansion of client base
  • Independence in executing sales plans
  • Ability to build business and partner relationships in a B2B environment in both open and assertive manner
  • Proactivity and ability to seize business opportunities when they arise
  • Knowledge of CRM system – Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
  • Knowledge of German language – min. C2 and English language – min. B2 (client communication, documentation)
  • High interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Commitment, self-reliance and patience
