If your application is selected, our recruiter will get in touch to schedule a job interview at a convenient time. Sometimes, depending on the position, we conduct a preliminary interview, but don’t worry – we always inform our candidates in advance.
Job Interview
You will meet with the leader or the person responsible for recruitment, who is eager to learn more about your skills and experience. We mainly conduct interviews remotely, but we may also ask you to come to our office. In addition, some recruitment processes require an additional interview depending on the position. During the first contact, the recruiter will inform you about the stages of the recruitment process in which you will participate.
Decision
Once the interviews complete, you can expect a response within a maximum of 2 weeks. Candidates receive feedback , whether it’s positive or negative.

Is summ-it planning new recruitments in the near future?
Yes, we would like to hire some new employees in the near future. Our job offer is aimed at both specialists with several years of experience and recent graduates of IT and other fields. We believe that everyone deserves a chance, so we encourage you to at least try to collaborate with us.
Do we cooperate with universities?
Yes, we collaborate with universities such as Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa, Collegium Da Vinci, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań University of Technology, and Cracow University of Technology. CVs for junior positions can also be sent directly to rekrutacja@summ-it.pl or through the Career Offices of the above-mentioned universities.
Is knowledge of foreign languages checked during recruitment?
We always check the language skills of our potential employees. Of course, the language we expect the highest proficiency in is English – we require communicative knowledge. We have a tradition in our company where one day a week, we speak exclusively in English. Other languages, such as German, are also welcome. There’s no denying that knowing foreign languages is a very useful skill nowadays and can sometimes be a bargaining chip during recruitment. However, we do not close the door to working in our company to those who do not possess foreign language skills or whose skills are lacking. Perhaps the candidate will have other valuable skills that will interest us.
What should a person willing to work with us focus on?
Everything depends on the position we are currently recruiting for. Our expectations are always clearly articulated in the job advertisements, and the job seeker then has the opportunity to compare our expectations with their own skills and experience. It often happens that a lack of experience is compensated by exceptional potential and abilities. We repeat once again – everyone deserves a chance.

First and foremost, we strive to collaborate in an atmosphere of openness and kindness. Where are summ-it offices located?
Summ-it offices are located in Poznań and Kraków. Our office in Poznań is situated in the city center in the Poznań Business Center building at 31/33 Głogowska Street. The office in Kraków is located in the O3 Business Campus building at 110 Opolska Street.
