Main responsibilities:

  • Partner Channel Management: Managing summ-it’s partner channels, primarily with technology and distribution partners (e.g., Microsoft, ORACLE, Also, Beyond, Main, Arrow).  
  • Sales Support: Coordinating and conducting client meetings within selected market segments in collaboration with the Partner’s sales team. 
  • Lead Management: Registering and handling partner leads in CRM systems (Microsoft Partner Center and MS Dynamics 365). 
  • Negotiations: Delivering professional presentations and leading business negotiations. 
  • Relationship Building: Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with current business partners. 
  • Representation: Representing the company during conferences, meetings, and partner events. 
  • Channel Expansion: Actively expanding the partner network and establishing new business relationships. 
  • Strategy: Co-creating and implementing sales strategies for assigned partner channels. 
  • Marketing Collaboration: Working with the marketing team on initiatives promoting the offer and partner projects. 
  • Market Analysis: Analyzing the market and seeking new business development opportunities within partnerships. 
  • Program Coordination: Updating knowledge of partner programs and coordinating available support forms with the Sales team and other departments. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business environments.  
  • Experience collaborating with commercial partners, integrators, resellers, or vendors (IT industry experience is highly preferred). 
  • Proven ability to lead commercial and contract negotiations. 
  • Strong result orientation and goal-driven mindset. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term partner relationships and identify business potential. 
  • Higher education degree. 
  • English language proficiency at min. B2 level. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders (partners, sales, management). 
  • Active driver’s license and readiness for business travel (partner meetings, events). 
  • Experience in performance reporting.
