Main responsibilities:
- Expanding the client network and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Actively seeking new channels to reach clients and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Driving business expansion into international markets (DACH, United Kingdom).
- Leading discussions and negotiations with clients and business partners.
- Identifying and understanding specific client needs.
- Participating in industry meetings and conferences to network and promote the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT client acquisition, including international markets.
- Proficiency in tools supporting active client base expansion.
- Independence in executing sales plans.
- Ability to build business and partner relationships in a B2B environment in an open yet assertive manner.
- Proactivity and the ability to seize business opportunities as they arise.
- Knowledge of CRM systems – Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
- English language proficiency at min. B2 level.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Commitment, self-reliance, and patience.
