Head of Sales&Marketing

Every day, this person’s attitude will motivate team members to take action, and his/her experience will ensure that the set goals are achieved. The leader should also have strong communication skills to support the achievement of business goals.

We work with databases with a total size measured in petabytes, optimizing systems and fighting for every millisecond. Currently, we manage over 10,000 database systems for our clients.

Main responsibilities:
- Managing sales and marketing teams
- Actively acquiring new clients and building strategic partnerships in the B2B sector
- Building a continuous and predictable sales funnel for the IT company
- Achieving sales targets, including developing long-term client relationships and sales
- Actively participating in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies
- Supporting the development of new businesses/projects, in close cooperation with internal teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring the proper functioning of internal processes
- Actively participating in the recruitment processes of the sales and marketing departments
- Being responsible for the development and performance of the sales and marketing teams
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in selling IT solutions and services
- 3 years of experience in managing sales and marketing teams
- Experience in building sales and marketing strategies
- Problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills, including prioritization
- Knowledge of contracts and clauses that form the basis of client cooperation
- Business maturity and independence in action
- Ability to describe the sales department’s activities using operational indicators
- Knowledge of CRM systems – Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
- English language proficiency – minimum C1 (client communication, English documentation)
We appreciate:
- Certificates in change management and agile project management
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Conversational knowledge of German
