Main responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining existing data platform solutions
- Troubleshooting ETL/ELT process issues
- Supporting the implementation of new ETL/ELT processes
- Maintaining and optimizing databases and data marts
- Maintaining and optimizing semantic data models on the Microsoft platform (Azure Analysis Services)
- Working with cloud and on-premise systems
- Keeping technical documentation up to date
- Identifying and resolving performance issues
- Willingness to provide on-call support (a few days a month)
Requirements:
- Higher education in IT or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of issues related to the operation and optimization of technologies in the Azure data platform (Databricks, SQL Server, ADF, AAS, Synapse Analytics)
- Experience in data processing using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse (Python and Scala)
- Good knowledge of Power BI
- Ensuring continuous operation in a 365/7/24 mode
- Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
We appreciate:
- Practical experience in designing and developing solutions on the Azure data platform
- Experience in creating data processing systems on the Azure platform
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP203)
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
