Main responsibilities:
- Preparing job advertisement content
- Translating job ads
- Posting ads on job boards
- Sourcing candidates using various methods
- Initial CV screening
- Scheduling and coordinating recruitment interviews
- Ensuring timely feedback at each stage of the recruitment process
- Contact with job portals and recruitment agencies
- Updating the career section on the company website
- Taking care of the company’s positive image
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education (part-time students are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail
- Good self-organization
- Ability to manage documentation
- English language proficiency at min. B2 level
